Rapier Employment are currently looking for an Operations/Transport Administrator for a 6 month maternity leave cover. Job Title: Operations/Transport Administrator Location: Abingdon Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week). Some flexibility on start times Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: Up to 6 months maternity leave cover Key responsibilities: Record meeting minutes and action points with accuracy Update schedules per direction of Operation leaders Responsible for raining and monitoring all Operations Purchase Orders (inc. Freight, Transport expenses, supplies etc.) and liaise with finance team on any issues Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc. Update and maintain key operational management systems, including all digital and hard copy documentation Update operational dashboards and boards as requested Liaise with transport suppliers regarding breakdowns/defects Update systems with relevant defect sign off paperwork Act in a professional manner at all times, including when communicating with Vendors, demonstrating the company values Experience & skills required: Previous admin experience required Good customer service skills Attention to detail Interested?
