Southern Water is investing £7.8bn between 2025–2030 to transform the water industry, and we’re looking for a Contract Performance Engineer to help drive this change.
In this role, you’ll manage maintenance contracts end‑to‑end, ensuring cost‑effective solutions, strong contractor performance, and robust Health & Safety standards.
You’ll work closely with operational teams and partners to deliver high‑quality, timely outcomes that avoid “quick fixes” and support long‑term resilience.
What you’ll bring:
* Strong financial awareness and cost analysis skills
* Maintenance knowledge (mechanical/electrical experience ideal)
