Our exclusive client, based in Haslingden, is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. This company has gone through positive changes over the past 12 months and now requires an experienced purchase ledger clerk to take over the ledger.
Duties Include
* Being the main point of contact for all purchase ledger queries and duties
* Process invoices and raise remittances
* Deal with supplier queries
* Process goods in receipts
* BACS uploads
* Process international invoices
* Prepare payment runs for multiple currencies
* Resolve queries to ensure suppliers are paid according to agreed terms
* Produce cash flow reports for Finance Manager
A friendly and approachable manner is essential as teamwork is important. You should be methodical, organized, an excellent communicator, and proficient in Excel.
