Monday - Friday 10am 5pm (1 hour lunch break) Were recruiting for a Learning Resource Centre Advisor to join our team at Richmond Campus. You will be working as part the Learning Resources Department which supports student achievement by providing learners with an environment that encourages and nurtures learning whilst utilising both physical and digital resources to enrich the student learning experience. You will play a key part in ensuring the Learning Resource Centre is a suitable learning environment at all times. You will handle enquiries from students and staff on busy service desks and by email and telephone, and assist students on using online resources, databases and print resources. You will have direct responsibility for liaison for a Curriculum Area within the College to support the purchase of resources. Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will have the confidence to address young people aged 16-18 and manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Please note: for individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31 st August 2026).
