Senior Care Assistant P ay rate : £13.25 per hour H ours : 36 hours per week ( Alternate weekends off ) We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Talbot View, our modern, frail elderly and dementia residential care home. Supporting residents to help them remain as independent as possible. Providing companionship – really getting to know them! Act as point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere around home. Who are we looking for: Someone who is naturally caring and compassionate! We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, you will need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day. You’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
