FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to work within our in-house Customer Care team. As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will manage and investigate incidents from internal and external customers, answer enquiries from the general public, and support customers of our electric vehicle charging solution - SureCharge. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Responsibilities of the Customer Liaison Officer include:
* Collaborating with all areas of our business to manage and investigate enquiries from internal customers and the public
* Communicating FM Conway compliments
* Supporting SureCharge customers with charging issues, payments, etc.
* Following up on incidents to resolution
* Administering processes like the Big Idea and Non-Conformity Reporting (NCRs)
* Managing the Customer Care email inbox daily
Skills and Experience Needed:
We seek a team player experienced in communicating via phone, email, and face-to-face, comfortable handling sensitive information, with prior customer service experience. A strong customer focus and ability to work independently and in a team are essential.
