The Role
As Territory Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across the region by promoting a portfolio of premium-quality wound care solutions.
* Build relationships with key decision makers across Tissue Viability, District Nursing, Podiatry, Care Homes, Leg Ulcer Teams, and Community Pharmacy.
* Work strategically to grow market share through education, clinical engagement, and business development.
* Manage existing formulary wins while identifying new commercial opportunities.
* Operate independently within your territory, supported by strong training and an experienced management team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Driven, professional, and resilient – motivated to make an impact.
* A proven sales performer with 12+ months’ sales experience OR a clinician (e.g. Community Nurse) looking to move into a commercial role.
* Confident communicating with healthcare professionals at all levels.
* Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
* Based within the territory and fully mobile (full UK driving licence required).
A science or healthcare-related degree is advantageous but not essential – attitude, energy, and people skills are key.
