We're looking for a talented individual to join Be Active in our mission to increase physical activity across Bedfordshire. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and confident in turning ideas into action.
This is an exciting opportunity to raise our brand profile across a variety of media channels and create engaging, meaningful storytelling content that connects with our key audiences.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of the role of Be Active, the Active Partnership Network and how we contribute to Sport England's strategy of engaging inactive communities. You'll work alongside the National Active Partnership team to promote and advocate for national campaigns but also look into the opportunities within a local environment in Bedfordshire to increase awareness and knowledge.
A significant part of the role with will be supporting our Place-based approach in Luton and is vital in helping us communicate the impact of our work and that of our partners through compelling narratives that resonate with a wide range of audiences. It will also play a key role in shaping how our organisation is perceived by communities, stakeholders, and professionals.
As part of our team, you'll play a key role and have autonomy in supporting the delivery of our marketing campaigns. You'll lead on designing and producing a range of materials including internal documents, social media content, and print collateral.
You'll also lead our digital presence, managing the Be Active website, social media channels, and some aspects of e-communications.
This post will involve some flexibility around working from home and other bases, with travel around Bedfordshire expected as well as minimal regional and national travel.
Be Active has a strong reputation locally, regionally, and nationally. We'd love your expertise's to develop and embed our brand strategy.
