About the role As a Neighbourhood Compliance Administrator, you ll play a vital part in supporting our compliance programmes across Wheatley Homes Glasgow. Working closely with Neighbourhood Compliance Officers and Operatives, you ll proactively engage with customers, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout compliance processes such as gas servicing and safety checks. You ll be empowered to deliver a proactive service, responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, taking ownership of issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You ll also work collaboratively with teams across Group and partner agencies to achieve great outcomes for our customers Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong team player, committed to continuous improvement, building effective relationships across teams and with external partners, and ideally have experience in housing, compliance or a related field.
