A day in the life of a Deputy Store Manager
* Accountable for motivating and inspiring your team through daily morning meetings, regular communication and feedback.
* Maintain our value of rolling out the red carpet by ensuring the store is merchandised according to guidelines.
* Work alongside the Store Manager to create an environment where Sofologists want to be and customers want to shop.
* Support ongoing personal development by setting clear and achievable goals.
* Assess individual performance through observation, identifying training and development needs.
* Utilise your product knowledge to support team members, share best practice and train the team.
* Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.
