🚨 Design / Civil Engineer – Staffordshire
💰 Up to £60K + car allowance + bonus
We’re looking for a talented Design/Civil Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading privately-owned housebuilders. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality housing developments, from design and procurement through to site support and cost management. ✅ What you’ll do:
* Oversee engineering designs and liaise with consultants & subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with highways & drainage agreements (S38, S104, S278)
* Use AutoCAD, PDS, and MicroDrainage to produce technical designs
* Manage budgets, valuations, and subcontractor contracts
* Collaborate across Commercial & Technical teams
🌟 What we’re looking for:
* HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience with a housebuilder or consultancy
* Proficiency in AutoCAD & design software
* Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
