What you’ll be doing:
* Driving the performance and growth of a high volume temporary hospitality desk
* Efficiently sourcing and placing suitable candidates to meet client staffing needs
* Building strong relationships by managing client requests and delivering excellent customer service
* Continually resourcing for new temporary hospitality staff, ensuring strong candidate pipelines
* Maintaining and updating a large candidate database
* Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
* Proven recruitment experience and ideally knowledge of the hospitality sector.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
