Your new role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Buyer to join our growing Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands‑on experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and purchasing processes within a supportive team environment.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and a third‑party procurement partner to help manage sourcing requests, purchase orders, and supplier interactions across the business.
Responsibilities
* Support the creation, tracking, and progression of sourcing requests, and purchase orders through our third‑party procurement platform.
* Monitor open sourcing requests and purchase orders and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
* Manage and respond to queries in the UK Procurement mailbox, directing requests to the appropriate team members where required.
* Work closely with the wider Supply Chain team on procurement activities and supplier‑related tasks.
* Assist with the collection and analysis of purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
* Support internal users of the procurement platform and assist with onboarding and guidance for new starters.
* Monitor open cases within the procurement platform to ensure requests are processed efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of procurement processes.
About you
* This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in procurement, gaining valuable commercial and supplier management experience from day one.
* We are particularly interested to hear from recent graduates with Business, Supply Chain, and Procurement related degrees.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
