Role Overview
As a Food Production Operative, you will work closely with experienced team members to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
* Checking and weighing raw materials
* Maintaining a clean and safe production environment
* Performing quality checks
* Working on the production line in either the labelling or packaging department
* Assembling, packaging, and labelling products
* Lifting items up to 20–25kg when required
* Following all relevant safety and quality procedures
Shift Pattern & Hours
* Rota: 4 on / 4 off
* Start Time: 7:00am
* Finish Time: 7:00pm
* Breaks: 1 hour per day (unpaid)

No previous food production experience is required – full training will be provided. We are seeking candidates who:
* Have excellent attendance and punctuality
* Can work well as part of a team and independently
* Are reliable, efficient, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
* Take pride in completing daily tasks and responsibilities
* Are eager to develop their skills and become multi-skilled across several disciplines
