Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Project Worker at our Homelessness Service, Marshall Avenue, Bridlington. We specialise in delivering personalised housing, care, and support services to help people live as independently as possible.

The Project Worker role at Montague House & The Haven, Bridlington Services includes the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Providing support to encourage customers who have faced homelessness to maximise their potential and independence
* Assessing customers’ needs by writing and updating support plans
* Being a first point of contact to receive and direct all customer queries
* Developing relationships with customers, ensuring personal choice, privacy, and dignity
* Liaising with external support services to improve confidence, health and wellbeing and to offer training and encouragement towards employment and education
* Handling occasional emergency situations
* Maintaining accurate, high-quality written records
Skills and experience
* Experience of working with adults who have experienced homelessness
* Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Strong organisational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
* Ability to react quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and targets
* NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it is essential

Hours: 25.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.34 per hour
Salary/Hours note: 25.5 hours per week, pro rata for holiday entitlement as detailed below.
