As a Support Coach, you will help adults with disabilities in the classroom or community or production setting. You will help our adults with disabilities grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. We have both part-time and full-time positions open!
We offer:
1. Compensation: $17/hour + $2,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time & $750 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!

How you will make a difference:
As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas:
7. Plan and deliver social and creative lessons and activities
8. Provide opportunities for independence, community integration, and inclusion
9. Train, coach, and assist individuals on various assembly jobs
10. Organize, stage and operate production line
11. Coach and guide our clients with disabilities to reach their goals
12. Grow and develop their social skill
What you will bring to Opportunity Partners:
13. A desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients with disabilities!
14. 6+ months of experience in human services
15. High school degree or GED
