National Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager with a strong background in automation, PLC / SCADA, and Industrial Ethernet within modern control networks. This leadership role involves managing a team of 10 automation field sales engineers and experts in Smart Industrial Connectivity.
Package: To be confirmed, includes a 10% pension contribution, GBP10,956 car allowance, and an executive/leadership package.
Ideal Candidate: A professional from the automation sector, ideally with experience in electrical automation, control panels, Industry 4.0, or Smart Industrial Connectivity. The role suits those aiming to step into a senior leadership position, with skills in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of field sales engineers and business development managers.
* Manage key strategic accounts alongside team leadership duties.
* Engage with manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automation, rail, process industries, automotive, aerospace, and technical sectors, often via distribution partners.
