We provide independent construction materials testing to verify strength, durability and performance of key materials; foundations and pile testing to confirm ground stability; specialist structures and pavements assessment and analysis; and integrated geotechnical and structural monitoring that delivers real time data throughout project lifecycles. We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Laboratory Technician to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to test materials samples while ensuring compliance with UKAS and quality standards. An interest in laboratory testing and materials science is essential to thrive in this position.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, testing and disposing of construction materials samples
* Completing test sheets, calculations and reports
* Maintaining equipment calibration and documentation
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* Laboratory testing experience with SHE/quality procedures knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork ability
