Job Title: Communications Officer We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Officer to support a busy Policy & External Relations team within a local authority in Preston. Job Summary: As a Communications Officer, you will play a key part in enhancing the reputation of the council and promoting the city’s identity through strategic media engagement, digital content, and stakeholder communications. You will be responsible for managing a schedule of proactive Council news stories, press releases, blogs, and media opportunities, as well as providing a professional press office service, handling media and public enquiries with sensitivity and accuracy.
