Overview
JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work at a manufacturing site in Runcorn. This is a permanent role starting immediately. Starting salary is £40,294 per annum plus 40% shift allowance. Hours are 4 on 4 off: 2 days 6am-6pm and 2 nights 6pm-6am.
Responsibilities
* Managing distribution of work
* Lead by example
* Managing performance of the team
* Ensuring efficient running of production in areas of responsibility
* Handling shift handovers
* Liaising with other departments to enable production workflow
* Enjoy working with people and have clear communication skills
* Organised and methodical
Requirements
Due to the nature of the role experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment is needed to be considered.
