Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am M-F)
Location: York, PA
Pay Range: $20-$24/hour + Quarterly Bonus!
Day to Day Role:
Responsibilities
* Master our corrugated converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
* Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
* Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
* Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* At least 6 months of experience operating high speed manufacturing equipment.
* Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
* Quality Mindset: Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
* Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
