Senior Design Manager : Central London : Residential
A Senior Design Manager is required to oversee design on a new build high rise residential project in London. The scheme is valued at up to GBP80m in total and consists of several RC frame blocks. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build / refurbishment projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a Head of Design any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, engineering or architectural background. This is a site based role with occasional remote working.
Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least GBP20m with leading residential Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / North London.
