Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC Bias)

Salary: £52,241.25
Responsibilities:
* Manage, arrange, and coordinate all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks (reactive repairs, refurbishment, and planned maintenance) through the CAFM system, ensuring these are closed out in accordance with the Client's Service Level Agreement.
* Schedule and plan own workload.
* Lead estate engineers, estate technicians, and contractors working on site during repairs, maintenance, or refurbishment work.
* Address daily issues on site, raise reactive tasks as necessary with the central service desk, and ensure tasks are allocated correctly, progressed within agreed timescales, and closed out, extended, or mitigated as needed to minimize deductions.
* Effectively and safely handle breakdowns and damage to assets within their qualifications, training, and experience, including out-of-hours responses where necessary.
* Assist with reports and technical procedures for Building Maintenance Activities.
* Ensure the safety and proper use of all tools and equipment.
* Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on various types of commercial heating, water, ventilation, electrical, mechanical, and security equipment and services on site.
* Diagnose faults on all mechanical and electrical support systems and rectify within competence levels.
* Follow detailed drawings and operational maintenance manuals to lead the team in carrying out planned maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs.
* Inspect and repair assets, building fabric, and estate elements such as furniture, fixtures, fittings, grounds, access, and parking.
* Collaborate with other qualified, semi-skilled, and unskilled maintenance staff to develop cross-skilling and cover all maintenance aspects on a team basis.
* Participate in on-call and emergency call-out arrangements as part of a team.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Fully qualified and experienced HVAC or mechanical engineer with electrical training.
* Experience in building and facilities maintenance.
* Ability to schedule and plan own workload.
