Overview
Reporting into the Contract Manager, the successful Technical Assistant will be working from our Knowsley Highways office. You will be someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Having a Highways Maintenance background would be beneficial for this role, but is by no means essential.
Responsibilities
* Logging claims and assigning to the correct officer to carry out inspection, photographs and DIF forms
* Logging and dealing with stage 1 complaints; investigating the complaints using our Confirm system to provide/prepare a response for team leaders
* Providing vehicular crossing quotes for residents and logging requests to confirm
* Demonstrating knowledge of Highways Maintenance
* Attention to detail
* Team player
* Knowledge of Section 58 Highway Inspections would be beneficial in your application
