Join Our Team as a Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
Pay: £19.02 per hour weekdays/Saturdays, £21.48 Sundays
Hours: Full time, Monday to Sunday availability (Nights, 20:00 – 06:00)
About The Role: You’ll be supporting a young lady in her teens who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, global developmental delay and tracheostomy care. We’re looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. She lives at home with her family and enjoys musical, Disney, Peppa pig and noisy toys. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
* Support with daily routines and use of hoists
* Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
* Administer medication and monitor health
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain accurate care records
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
