London City | £60,000–£70,000 + Benefits | Hybrid
Our client, an award-winning UK-based employment law firm, is seeking a talented Employment Law Solicitor to join their leading team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 2–4 years’ PQE to work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising employers and employees nationwide.
The Role:
You’ll manage a diverse caseload including tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancies, discrimination, and more. Expect high-quality work, direct client contact, and the chance to help shape outcomes with real impact.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2 years PQE in employment law
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
* Confident advising clients and managing cases independently
* Commercially aware and business development minded
