Business Development Officer
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, company pension scheme, free parking, excellent training & development.
Salary: Circa £40,000pa plus £400 per month travel allowance and a bonus opportunity.
SENAD Community provides high quality one-to-one support for people of all ages who may have a disability, communication or specialist health needs. Support can be provided in the home, within an education setting, during activities or to enable a holiday or short break.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer who is passionate about providing the best outcomes for service users; who is flexible and creative in their approach to care solutions and who can build relationships and drive growth.
You will build and nurture strong relationships with purchasers to generate new placements into all adult care services and be the lead in winning new business for Community Support packages, you will manage all new client referrals and enquiries for SENAD Community and Adult Services, ensuring timely and efficient responses. You’ll collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the referral and onboarding process.
We would love to welcome you to our team and will support, train and develop you. Some UK travel will be required; we are flexible on work base, this may be at our Coventry office (CV3 2TQ) or Derby (DE1 1UQ).
