Night Concierge
Location: South West LondonHours: 8:00PM TO 8:00AM - 4 on 4 offSalary: Up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in South West London.
This role requires an individual with previous luxury residential experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to respond effectively to emergencies, complaints, and unexpected situations.
As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and clients. You will act as the primary point of contact during night hours, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued in their homes. Building strong professional relationships with residents is key, while maintaining discretion, courtesy, and the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements
Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience within residential property or a similar concierge role
* A strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience overseeing contractors and building works within a busy development
* Good knowledge of fire safety, health & safety, and security procedures
* The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet residents and visitors, handling enquiries both in person and by telephone
* Provide assistance to residents, guests, and visitors as required
* Maintain building security at all times, including monitoring CCTV and conducting regular patrols
* Communicate effectively with leaseholders and managing agents in a professional and approachable manner
* Carry out regular inspections and report maintenance issues or security concerns to the Building Manager
* Conduct weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and other compliance checks, maintaining accurate records
* Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure all incidents, complaints, and Health & Safety matters are correctly reported
* Manage key control procedures, ensuring accurate sign-in and sign-out records
* Oversee all deliveries to reception, including the secure handling and distribution of parcels and registered mail
