Electrical Contracts Manager
Our client provides mechanical and electrical services, with most projects based in and around London, though some are located further afield. While the mechanical side of the business has been thriving, they are now focused on expanding and developing the electrical division to support ongoing growth. They are currently based near Stratford but plan to relocate their office to Stansted within the coming months. Their project portfolio is varied and includes work such as office fit-outs and laboratory projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your duties will include attending site visits, coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office, with the remaining days split between site visits and working from home

Electrical Contracts Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Coordinate and schedule project activities, including resources and site visits.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication.
Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and site records.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Support business growth by maintaining high-quality standards and delivering customer satisfaction.

Proven experience managing electrical projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on site.
Excellent organisational and communication skills to coordinate with clients, site teams, and suppliers effectively.
Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively to meet deadlines and budgets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to various project sites around London and surrounding areas.
