About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team at our Blackwater location. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating a variety of CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, with a focus on precision Modifying CNC programs as required to meet specific production needs Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshooting and making adjustments to machinery when necessary Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
At least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably with Mazak machines Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and the ability to modify programs Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and check finished components for defects Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Benefits:
