Compensation
Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with roles from 12 hours available.
Responsibilities
* Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
* Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
* Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
* Handle queries within competence and Escalate when needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
Desired Qualifications and Attributes
* Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
* A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
* A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right products and solutions.
* Ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured.
* Initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist for expert advice.
* A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
