Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced 3.5T Van Driver in Luton to deliver white goods to residential and commercial properties. This role offers early starts, weekly pay, and flexible ad-hoc or ongoing work. Ideal for someone reliable, physically fit, and customer-focused.

Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: 05:30am start

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver white goods to residential and commercial locations.
2. Start each shift at 05:30 am.
3. Begin with training alongside a driver’s mate before becoming a solo driver.
4. Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.
5. Follow company procedures and maintain accurate delivery records.
6. Assist with manual handling and ensure safe loading/unloading.
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Valid UK Category B driving licence.
8. No more than 6 penalty points (insurance requirement).
9. Physically fit with the ability to handle heavy items.
10. Reliable, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
