Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients via phone, email, and online channels, delivering friendly, responsive, and professional service for all enquiries.
* Offer in-depth product knowledge related to luxury textiles, interior design solutions, and curated collections.
* Guide customers through the order process, product selection, sampling, and after-sales support.
* Proactively resolve queries or concerns to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.
* Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to meet client needs efficiently.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
* Assist with the coordination of marketing initiatives, sample distribution, and client events.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving product lines.
* Support the wider team on ad hoc projects and communicate regularly with field-based sales representatives.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a design, interiors, or specialist product environment.
* Ability to develop expert knowledge of products and commit to ongoing learning.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent approach to tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM/order systems.
