Location: Central London – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.

You will work directly with one of the top billers in Europe, supporting high‑value retained mandates across the commercial life sciences market.
Role & Responsibilities
* Attend client briefings and contribute to search strategy.
* Conduct in‑depth market mapping and competitor analysis.
* Identify and engage senior, high‑impact talent.
* Produce market intelligence and strategic insight reports for clients and the internal team.
* Support candidate interviews and client meetings.
* Work on retained searches (fees £25K–£100K).
* Assist a consultant managing 8–10 live mandates, gaining early responsibility.
