We are hiring for a Hands-on Maintenance role keeping our site safe, compliant, and looking its best. Varied work, real responsibility, and visible impact. Mobile role with a Company Van provided
What You’ll Do
* Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance
* Complete minor works and site improvements
* Inspect buildings and report issues
* Oversee contractors and quality of work
* Keep the site compliant with H&S standards
* Maintain grounds and external areas
* Respond to faults, breakdowns, and emergencies
What We’re Looking For
* Practical maintenance or facilities experience
* Proactive, reliable, and organised
* Strong health & safety awareness
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
This role covers the following areas and is offered on a fixed term contract.
You will need an enhanced DBS and/or need to be able to pass one.
