🕒 Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

Are you passionate about empowering people to live more independently and thrive in their communities? We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults in supported housing across Bristol
What You’ll Do
* Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs in relation to housing
* Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
* Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
* Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in support work, risk assessment, and planning.
* A strong communicator, able to build rapport quickly.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
* IT-literate with good record-keeping skills.
* Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
* Positive, open, and professional at all times.
