Sabre Business Travel Consultant Duties:
* Provide a range of Travel services to the existing business travel clients across the globe using Sabre GDS.
* Be instrumental in assisting implementation of New Business
* Mentor and assist other Consultants/Trainees in the team
* Search and offer hotel, car hire, ferries and ancillary products such as car parking and chauffeur drive in the quote process.
* Arrange ticket reissues and refunds.
* Proactively contribute to staff meetings and Job chats within the department.
* Supervise consultants in the department and assist with training where needed/asked.
* Maintain GDS Q’s throughout the day so they are cleared.
Sabre Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
* Experience using Sabre GDS is essential.
* Business Travel Experience is essential.
* Be able to confidently do a manual fare build, manual reissue and manual refund and be able to re-train other staff on this.
