We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join us in London to help and support our Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in the smooth running of our setting. About the Role
This role requires you to work 40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary of £31,000.
Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in daily operations.
* Daily staff management.
* Administrative tasks.
* Being the first point of contact for families.
* Ensure the smooth running of the nursery setting.
Qualifications
* Level 3+ early years qualified.
* At least a year's experience in a nursery setting.
Required Skills
* Experience in early years education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
* Leadership experience.
* Knowledge of early years frameworks and regulations.
