Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

The role
We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor
You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
What you’ll do
* Lead and motivate your team during service
* Support day-to-day restaurant operations
* Deliver high standards of food and service
* Coach and develop team members
* Step up and take ownership when it matters

* Energy and confidence on the floor
* A natural people person
* Someone who leads with care and respect
* A hands-on approach and strong work ethicA real love for food
* Someone with a sense of the commercials on how to grow a business
* Be hungry to take the next step into Management
