Our South Kirby Warehouse are looking to fill a temporary Warehouse Admin role (Maternity leave cover). The role is based in South Kirkby, Pontefract working 38 hours per week.
The purpose of the role is to provide support services to the warehouse team.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:
* Sales order processing
* Despatch paperwork preparation
* Order allocation and pick list collation
* Issuing booking in slots for goods inwards
* Requesting booking slots for goods out to our customers
* Booking Transport
* Stock control
* Maintaining an up to date filing system with the ability to produce copy documents upon request
* Assisting in stock takes
* Preparing KPI information and reports
The key skills for this role are:
* Previous warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)
* Good level of English, both written and verbal
* Excellent attendance and timekeeping
* Attention to detail
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Ability to work well as part of a team
