Service Advisor required in Chichester, West Sussex
1. Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Working Hours:
2. Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
3. 1 in 2 Saturdays: 08:00 - 13:00 (with flexibility to swap and cover; contract will read every other Saturday)
Additional Benefits:
4. Bonus Scheme: OTE £33,000
5. £20 per service plan sold (3-5 per week, no hard selling required).

Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established dealership, offering competitive salary and benefits, including a rewarding bonus scheme for achieving service plan targets.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Be the first point of contact for customers, handling all service inquiries.
10. Book vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs in line with customer requirements.
11. Use Pinnacle DMS and ServiceBox – Stellantis systems to manage customer appointments and service documentation.
12. Upsell services and products, including service plans, to help achieve targets.
13. Provide clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional work required.
14. Ensure a high standard of customer care, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements of this Service Advisor position:
15. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing within the automotive industry.
16. Strong communication and organisational skills.
17. Familiarity with Pinnacle DMS and ServiceBox is beneficial, though training can be provided.
18. Ability to upsell and meet service plan targets without being pushy.
19. A positive attitude and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
