Receptionist & General Affairs (GA) Coordinator
Location: Southampton
Hours: Part-Time (27.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 08:30–14:00)
Are you a people person with a passion for organisation and a flair for providing exceptional service? We are looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist & GA Coordinator to join our Southampton office.
In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, helping us maintain a professional, welcoming environment. You'll also support the smooth running of our workplace through key administrative tasks and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing reception duties: greeting guests, issuing passes, maintaining security procedures and a tidy reception area.
* Handling all incoming and outgoing post and coordinating deliveries.
* Supporting office operations, including ordering stationery, room bookings, and car park space allocation.
* Liaising with suppliers and processing invoices.
* Assisting with facilities maintenance and Health & Safety checks.
* Helping coordinate CSR events and internal communications.
* Keeping the office informed with regular updates via our intranet and notice boards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a reception, admin, or office coordination role.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
* Confident using G-Suite, MS Office, and similar tools.
* A team player with the ability to work independently.
* GCSEs (or equivalent), ideally including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
* Knowledge of basic Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
