Position Location and Type: Stirling – Full‑time – Permanent

The Role
You will take a leading role in estimating and preconstruction delivery of mechanical building services projects, supporting Pre‑construction teams and working closely with end‑user clients, consultants and wider planning, technical, digital, commercial and operational teams.
About You
We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in the construction industry, ideally across Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Residential, Data Centres and Energy.
Key qualifications include strong commercial, technical and supply‑chain knowledge, leadership capability and experience working collaboratively.
