At our partner secondary SEMH school in Salford, they are proud to provide a safe, supportive, and aspirational environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As part of our commitment to high-quality care and positive relationships, we are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join the schools dedicated school community.

What We're Looking For
* A welcoming and confident individual to provide reception cover
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to support a range of administrative tasks
* A calm, compassionate approach suitable for an SEMH setting
* Someone ready to contribute to a positive team culture
* Immediate availability
* School Management Suite experience essential: Arbor (Desired but not essential)
* DBS (Enhanced on the update service or willing to obtain one).
The Role
* Greeting visitors, families, and professionals
* Managing calls, emails, visitor entry, and queries
* Supporting data entry, filing, and day-to-day administration
* Maintaining confidentiality in line with safeguarding expectations
* Working collaboratively with all school teams
* Hours are full-time but we can be flexible for the right person
