We are working with a well-regarded multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer in their Bath office. This is a key role within a growing team and offers the chance to work on a broad range of structural projects, with an emphasis on quality, collaboration, and long-term progression.
Responsibilities
* Delivering structural design solutions on varied projects
* Coordinating with architects, clients, and project teams
* Leading meetings and representing the structural team
* Working independently on projects and mentoring junior staff
* Supporting the team culture and contributing to ongoing development
Qualifications
* 5–8 years' experience in structural engineering
* Chartered or nearing chartered status (ICE/IStructE)
* Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders
* Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take initiative
* Experience in steel structures; industrial/logistics exposure a bonus
