We collaborate closely to bring that positive impact home.\nDue to growth, we are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to support our internal sales teams in customer service and administration.\nJOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Inside Sales Representative\nAs a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for being a huge support to the internal sales teams across the company.\n * Working as the main point of contact for customers with any issues or administration that needs completing\n * Quoting and pipeline management to our customer with any inbound customer enquiries\n * Order and backorder management with customer Inventory control and suggesting alternative products if any stock issues\n * CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact\nREQUIREMENTS: Senior Inside Sales Representative\n * Strong customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls, ideally within the IT sector/IT Channel.\n * Familiarity with sales support functions\n * Experience with solving customer issues\n * Understanding of sales processes\n * Effective organiser and administer\nThis role will bring a lot of variety, and we are looking for people that want to join a well-established, growing company that has a real drive to achieve results.\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
