The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, confident, and skilled Talent Development Partner to join our People, Culture, and Talent team.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop team members across our organisation using a combination of learning methods to enable them to advance in their roles and build successful careers.
You will utilise your skills to create and deliver new learning experiences, and support the Talent Development Manager and other team members, as well as deliver existing programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Delivery:
* Schedule, organise and deliver existing programmes (virtual and in-person) that will support the growth of our people in their current and future roles
* Design, create and deliver new engaging learning across different business areas
Stakeholder Relationships:
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions
* Work with and maintain relationships with our external partners to ensure learning is right for the business
Team Relationships:
* Support and promote other People, Culture and Talent initiatives throughout the business
* Work with and support the Talent Development Manager on existing and new projects
