There are opportunities for you to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large three form entry schools. We cover classes from Reception through to Year 6. The Role Long-Term Teachers are currently seeking Early Career Teachers to join our team to support Primary Schools. We will listen to your preferences for your first role; year groups, location and support system in the school. We will support you to find the best opportunity for you, roles that can give you the chance to become a reflective and confident practitioner. You will be expected to: Have positive behaviour management techniques. Communicate clearly with staff members. Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children. Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements. Have a creative and flexible mindset when adapting lessons.
