Role
Drive hotel
events and revenue by converting enquiries, managing bookings, and spotting
upselling opportunities. Bring fresh ideas, coordinate multiple projects, and
make a direct impact on our events business.

Key
Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries and bookings for
meetings, events, and accommodation.
* Manage administrative tasks, time
sensitive targets and follow-ups efficiently.
* Understand client needs, recommend
suitable solutions, communicate and work closely with Operations team to
delivery and exceed customer expectations.
* Identify upselling opportunities
to maximise revenue.
* Work towards sales targets and
support smooth team operations.

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
