Office Co-Ordinator & Administrator
24-7 Drama London is looking for an enthusiastic and exacting individual to support our growing operation.
Job Overview
Working with and supporting our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing and dealing with the office duties of a busy camera equipment rental company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working under time pressure. Whilst not essential, previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial.
The successful candidate will become integral in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and will be immediately integrated with our busy Acton offices.
Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
* Utilising our bespoke computer system to compile rental information, ensuring equipment is allocated correctly and that all product information is accurately recorded. This process will involve communication with both our camera preparation and rental coordinator teams.
* Compiling written documents such as quotes, and equipment lists as required and instructed by rental coordinators.
* Processing supplier invoices, ensuring this is done within payment terms and that billing information is correct.
* Maintaining our paperwork and records, ensuring that filing is done in an efficient and timely manner.
* Managing stock of general office supplies and supplies required by our camera preparation team.
Skills and Requirements
Fluency in English is essential and the ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in compiling paperwork, even under time pressure.
* The ability to prioritise time sensitive tasks and to multitask.
* A working understanding of Microsoft Office and good general IT literacy.
* Previous experience and basic knowledge of accounting processes and best practices.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude.

Salary and Working Hours
For the correct candidate, a competitive salary of £25,000 - £29,000 + is available, which will be commensurate with experience. Working hours are 9-17:30 Monday to Friday.
